Air Bronchogram

A tubular outline of an airway made visible due to the filling of the surrounding alveoli by fluid or
inflammatory exudates.
Conditions in which air bronchograms are seen:
•  Lung consolidation
•  Pulmonary oedema
•  Non-obstructive pulmonary atelectasis
•  Interstitial disease
•  Neoplasm
•  Normal expiration
